Goals & Values
Eating Free coaching goals
The Eating Free coaching programme aims to:
Empower you to explore your own value that it is not tied to your appearance or what you weigh on the scale.
Support your journey towards eating tasty nutritional meals and snacks for your own health and well-being and that of your family's and friends.
Support you with developing a love of movement.
Guide you on your journey to Eating Free of guilt, shame, anxiety or fear of weight gain.
Offer an empathetic and supportive space to help you reach a point where food and eating take their rightful place in your life and no longer dominate it.
Eating Free values
No one should be alone in their struggle with food or their weight.
No one should be shamed into losing weight by their partners or spouses, friends or healthcare professionals.
No one should feel judged or be stigmatised because of their body shape or size.
No one should be influenced to take weight loss pills or shakes or other products or herbs that are not verified by an accredited medical practitioner.
Everyone struggling with food or weight should be fully and empathetically supported by their healthcare professionals.
Everyone needs accurate information about the consequences of regularly eating fast and processed foods.
Everyone needs accurate information about the principles of good nutrition.
Eating Free: An empathy-driven programme
"Eating Free is an empathy-driven program tailored to your unique life circumstances. It's not a substitute for the professional support and care provided by healthcare professionals.
Rather, it aims to complement their role by offering guidance from someone who has personally navigated food and weight challenges, and now lives freely at her natural weight, and enjoys good diabetes control."
