Live your best life free of eating in a way that doesn't serve you.
Ensure your eating supports your diabetes management.
Empowering you to Eat Free
Eating Free is designed to empower you:
We work at your pace.
We engage on your terms.
Based on your needs, I guide you through the Eating Free program and together we map out your Eating Free future.
Fast facts: Eating Free coaching programme
No scales, weighing or measuring.
No rules, except your own that we map out together.
No body measurement targets and weight loss goals.
No food restrictions: I support you with learning how to enjoy food that serves you and your body.
No special or expensive foods or meal replacements.
No exercise rules: We discuss movement and activity and work out ways to slowly introduce it into your life.
No quick fixes, yet, it won't take long for you to start to realise the benefits the Eating Free approach.
No 'good' and 'bad' and 'right or wrong' language.
Who can take part?
I will welcome you into my Eating Free program if:
You are over 21 years old.
You live with diabetes and are over 21 years old.
You are a parent of a child that is showing signs of eating struggles, especially parents of youngsters living with diabetes.
Eating Free coaching sessions take place online.
Programme options
8 weeks: Eating Free is an 8-week programme
Each weekly session runs for 40 mins.
This is the recommended duration for you to build strong Eating Free foundations, start reaping the benefits of Eating Free and pave the way to sustain your Eating Free future.
You will recieve a daily Eating Free motivation via email or WhatsApp to support your journey towards food freedom.
4 weeks: The 4-week Eating Free coaching programme
You can opt for a 4-week programme. Each weekly session runs for 40 mins.
The 4-week programme will support you with building strong Eating Free foundations and set you on the path to sustain your Eating Free future.
You will recieve a daily Eating Free motivation via email or WhatsApp for the duration of the programme.
Once-off coaching session
The 40-minute session outlines the building blocks of how to break free from difficult or disordered eating and build an Eating Free future for yourself.
The 40-minute session usually works well for parents, supporting them to create a home environment that enables their child to develop healthier eating habits.
You will recieve an Eating Free motivation via email or WhatsApp summarisng the Eating Free apporach to ending food and eating difficulties.
